I came here on an early Wednesday afternoon to get a diagnosis for my Honda Insight that had a few lights on the dash. I wanted to make sure I went to a reliable shop that I felt confident leaving my car at. These guys are specialists, it’s important to note that they only work on the electrical side of the vehicle. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this review to make sure everything held up and I’m glad I did. United Hybrid did an outstanding job replacing the battery on my Tesla Model X. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and my overall experience. On top of that, the cost was only a fraction of what Tesla quoted me, without compromising on quality or service. That alone made a huge difference. It’s been weeks now, and my car is running great with zero issues. They truly went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. My Tesla had a charging issue and Tesla wanted to charge me a crazy amount to diagnose and fix it.  Found United Hybrid and called Bob.
