3. Service Disclaimer & Vehicle Repairs

By using United Hybrid services, customers acknowledge that modern hybrid and electric vehicles contain complex mechanical and electronic systems that may require advanced diagnostics, testing, programming, and repair procedures.

Diagnostic and labor charges may apply even if repairs are declined after inspection or disassembly has begun. Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. United Hybrid is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.              
Additional issues or pre-existing conditions may become apparent during the repair process due to the condition, maintenance history, or existing mechanical or electrical issues within the vehicle. Our team will make every reasonable effort to communicate any additional findings or recommended repairs before proceeding whenever possible.


Full Terms & Conditions, warranty details, and repair authorization documents will be reviewed with the customer and signed at the time of vehicle drop-off prior to service.


4. Limitation of Liability

United Hybrid is not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, manufacturer restrictions, shipping delays, software limitations, or conditions outside of our control.
While every reasonable effort is made to properly diagnose and repair each vehicle, United Hybrid is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing mechanical, electrical, cooling, lubrication, charging, software, aftermarket, or maintenance-related issues unrelated to the repair being performed.
United Hybrid’s liability for any claim related to repairs or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific repair or service performed.


5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, CA.
